[SHANNON GRAPHICS] Grew up in my family’s commercial printing business, starting in the bindery department as a child and eventually running the art department and major accounts. This foundation gave me early exposure to graphic design, commercial branding, operations, client management, and the realities of running a business.
[JUBILEE FARMS] Followed my heart west to Utah and California, acquiring and developing raw farmland for the cannabis industry. Managed operations, compliance, and labor teams while learning horticulture hands-on, blending business ownership with sustainable agricultural practices.
[FAU; URBAN PLANNING] In my mid-thirties, I returned to Florida to raise my son near family. Also returned to my education, enrolling in college to professionalize my passion for horticulture and placemaking. Graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Urban & Regional Planning and a minor in Environmental Science, preparing for a new chapter of impact-driven work.
[USDA] While completing my degrees, worked with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to manage invasive species eradication programs across Florida. Applied both horticulture and operational experience to develop lab protocols and achieved measurable progress in restoring natural habitats and safeguarding biodiversity.
[CENTER FOR URBAN & ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS] As Senior Research Analyst, advanced revitalization and urban planning initiatives for municipalities in South Florida. Conducted in-depth research, engaged stakeholders, and contributed to projects that strengthened community identity and livability.
[ROSEMURGY PROPERTIES] Directed operations for the development platform of a privately held real estate firm with $750M in assets and a $1B pipeline. Streamlined processes, built high-performing teams, and managed the retail portfolio through the challenges of the pandemic, ensuring stability and long-term growth.
[SOXEROSION SOLUTIONS] As COO, I align strategy, operations, and marketing to grow an environmental technology company. By embedding EOS principles and operational systems, we’ve expanded our national footprint and strengthened organizational culture, positioning the company for sustainable scale.
Looking ahead, I seek opportunities to contribute where my skills are valued and my work creates meaningful impact. I thrive in environments built on trust, collaboration, and shared respect, and I’m driven to partner with great people to achieve ambitious goals.
